Thank you for shopping at Web Seed Designs. We strive to deliver the best quality products, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be offered.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand (POD) products, we can only accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Defective or damaged products.
  • Incorrect product received (e.g., wrong size, color, or design).
  • Significant printing errors that differ from what was ordered.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Custom products (e.g., personalized items).
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale items.

Returns Process

To start a return, please contact us at info@webseeddesigns.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions on how and where to send your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@webseeddesigns.com with your order details.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

In cases of defective or incorrect items, we will also refund the original shipping cost. Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
